Cancellation Policy for Delivery Service

We understand that plans change. To remain fair to all customers, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before scheduled pickup time to avoid fees.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 3 hours’ notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
   
• If our driver has already arrived at the pickup location, a minimum service charge of $25 will apply.
   

• Deliveries may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 3 hours’ notice.
   
• Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability.
   

If a client is unavailable at the agreed pickup time or the item is not ready, a trip fee will be charged.

Black Label Logistics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe driving conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
