Oversized or specialty items may require a custom quote.

 At Black Label Logistics, safety, legality, and professionalism come first. To protect our clients and drivers, the following items cannot be accepted for transport: 

We are unable to deliver:

• Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
   
• Chemicals, fuels, or pressurized containers
   
• Illegal items or substances of any kind
   
• Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
   
• Alcohol, cannabis, tobacco, or vaping products
   
• Live animals or pets
   
• Cash, gift cards, or highly negotiable valuables
   
• Perishable goods requiring refrigeration or temperature control
   
• Medical specimens, biohazard materials, or controlled pharmaceuticals
   
• Loose, unpackaged, or improperly secured items
   
• Items requiring special permits or licenses
   

To maintain fast and efficient service, we also cannot transport:

• Furniture, appliances, or large household items
   
• Oversized freight
   
• Items exceeding our weight limit
   

Maximum Order Limits:

• 50 lbs total per delivery
   
• Items must fit safely within a standard cargo van
   
• All items must be properly boxed or packaged for transport
